Mass Effect Trilogy Project.
Hey everyone, a bit of an update on a current project of mine. I’ve been pondering on the thought of doing a “photographic” storyboard of all three games (ME1, ME2, ME3). It would focus on the story..but also the photographic beauty of many environments and scenes from the games. I will be using FXAA and possibly MSAA for the entire collection. I’ll also be using “TiledShots”/High-Res Capturing, unfortunately all three episodes have a horrid vignette post processing feature that destroys many chances to capture in hi-res. So with that, SOME will be hi-res..while others will be in the format of when I actually capture the shot.
Expect this to truly begin on the 27th of this month, since I have lots of RL and work related things to deal with in the mean time. Keep an eye out on THIS collection, for it will begin to expand exponentially in the coming months!
NOTE: ME1 shots will begin to upload first and foremost, ME2 shots second, and ME3 shots obviously will be some of the last to be uploaded (I can’t help but post various ones prior to being finished with ME1 and ME2 sections of the project ;P)
NOTE #2: Please have an open and transparent understanding that graphics will vary insurmountably from each game. ME1 WILL NOT look as graphically smooth and easy on the eyes as ME3 will. As I’ve mentioned above, I will be doing my absolute best to do what I can to make ME1 look as best as it can..but it’ll be a grand undertaking.
